In Villabassa, the twice world champion pulled off a fantastic triple victory, winning the Hero Südtirol Dolomites, the Alpentour Trophy and the Südtirol Dolomiti Superbike in quick succession.
Leonardo Paez’s history with the Dolomiti Superbike is legendary and studded with success; the latest of which was a great present for his recent 41st birthday. As is often the case with the Dolomiti Superbike, the Prato Piazza section was decisive, with Paez launching the winning attack and gaining almost a minute’s lead over his rivals.
